Implement ntpq rv command in time server monitor

I haven't been here for a long time. I am still using 0.9l version for moniting. For new version are not friendly for user without ntp service installed. It's still ask me Exit when start, do not allow remove localhost tab like 0.9l, and take a long time to exit when I click on the "X" (I guess that's no ntp service installed reason).

Now I am do some testing on "tinker allan" parameter of ntp.conf. Just found I need check the freq change of the server. Now I had to use ntpq command line to do this. So I think if the time server monitor can show full rv command response text by one click, that will be better. And may be also peers's rv result by right mouse menu. Just display text like ntpq is enough. Although if you like using a table to display them and put some important parameters first (if can not display all of them in one page) will be better.

Just a little idea in case you want to update version
