Version 1.04 now available

Finally the new version 1.04 is now available for download on Meinberg webserver. The new version fixed a memory leak on the service tab of the NTP Time Server Monitor. Additionally i include some clean-ups and a fix which prevent the NTP statistic to fail when a selected loopstat file has only one entry.
